The SH Series is a heavy-duty industrial mobile vacuum cleaner (also known as a dual-bin dust collector), specifically designed for integration with factory production equipment and for use in confined spaces. This series overcomes the shortcomings of previous carbon-brush motors, which had short service lives and could not support continuous operation, as well as belt-driven fans that operated at high speeds and were difficult to maintain. Featuring an integrated motor-fan structure, the SH Series offers compact construction, long service life, low noise levels, and stable performance, supporting extended continuous operation.

High-Power Continuous Operation: Offers a wide power range from 0.75kW to 25kW, with standard models including 2.2kW, 3kW, 4kW, 5.5kW, 7.5kW, and more. Supports 24–72 hours of continuous long-duration operation.
High-Efficiency Filtration System: Utilizes pleated cartridge filter media (Japanese imported polyester fiber substrate with PTFE coating treatment). The filtration area can reach up to 3 m², achieving a filtration efficiency of over 99.9% for particles as small as 0.3μm.
Pulse Jet Automatic Cleaning: Equipped with a pneumatic pulse jet blowback cleaning system. Compressed air pulses are discharged to blast the inner surface of the filter cartridges, achieving automatic cleaning without manual intervention.
Stainless Steel Dust Collection Bin: Constructed from SUS304 stainless steel, featuring smooth walls for easy cleaning and strong corrosion resistance. The upper and lower bin sections are separable for quick and convenient dust disposal.
Low-Noise Design: The motor operates with direct drive, complemented by integrated sound-dampening features. Noise levels are controlled within 65–73dB, significantly improving upon the high noise levels typically associated with high-pressure blowers.
Flexible Mobility: Equipped with anti-slip industrial PU casters (with brakes). Large rubber fixed casters on the front and swivel casters with brakes on the rear ensure quiet and flexible maneuverability.
Optional Explosion-Proof Configuration: Certain models (e.g., SH4000) can be configured as explosion-proof units with an explosion-proof rating of Ex d ⅡB T4 Gb, suitable for use in Zones 21 and 22 where flammable/explosive dust may be present.
IP55 Protection Rating: The motor features an IP55 protection rating, making it suitable for harsh industrial environments.
